Lost foam casting EPS pre-expander machine main features

The pre-expander machine for lost foam casting is capable of processing three types of raw materials: EPS, FD, and STMMA copolymer resins.
Adopts PLC touch screen, enabling quantitative heating pre-expansion, automatic regulation of barrel temperature and pre-expansion time, stable and uniform weight of pre-expanded beads, continuous automatic cyclic production, and simple operation.
The raw materials are stored in an automatic hopper, with one kilogram delivered automatically and pre-expanded in each batch.
High-precision Japanese imported pressure relief valves are used to ensure constant outlet pressure, maintaining stable barrel temperature. The circular head bottom plate facilitates drainage, while the stainless steel bottom plate is laser-cut for more uniform steam heating. Steam penetration heating is employed during pre-expansion, resulting in more plump and balanced foam beads.
The material level is detected using a vibration sensor with a density error of approximately 0.5 grams.
The electrical, pneumatic components, and valves used are from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring stable and reliable machine operation while extending service life.
The steam pipeline of the pre-expander adopts a steam-water separation drum, with the generated waste steam and wastewater connected to the main drainage pipe for unified discharge.
