EPS shape molding machine with vacuum working principle

1. Mold Closing & Filling

◦ Mold closes; pre-expanded EPS beads are blown into the cavity (often assisted by vacuum filling).

2. Steam Heating (Fusing)

◦ Saturated steam heats beads; they expand and fuse together into one solid shape.

3. Vacuum Cooling (Key Feature)

◦ Vacuum pump pulls strong negative pressure inside the mold.

◦ Rapidly removes steam, heat, and moisture.

◦ faster cooling (cuts cycle time).

◦ Lower product moisture.

◦ Denser, smoother, more uniform parts.

4. De-molding

◦ Vacuum releases; mold opens; product is ejected.
