EPS batch pre-expander machine main features

It includes main body, feeding device, weighing system, bed dryer and so on;
With PLC and touch screen, control barrel temperature , pressure and material level automatically, ensure machine auto running;

EPS batch pre-expander machine working principle

1. Batch loading: A precise weight of raw EPS beads is fed into a sealed, insulated expansion vessel.

2. Heating & pressurization: Steam is injected to heat and pressurize the chamber, softening the beads and activating the blowing agent inside.

3. Expansion: Rapid depressurization makes the beads expand to several times their original volume.

4. Discharge & aging: Expanded beads are discharged and sent to silos for aging/stabilization before molding.
