• Control & Safety: PLC+HMI monitor fill level, aging time, temp/humidity; alarms prevent overfilling/ downtime.

Typical Workflow

1. Pre-expanded EPS beads are pneumatically conveyed to the silo.

2. System auto-switches silos when full; aging time is preset.

3. Aged beads are auto-discharged to molding machines.
